		<description>Hmmm I&#039;m afraid not.  There could be any number of issues.  Are you going from an XP 64-bit to a virtual 32-bit environment?  What about your boot config on the actual windows drive?  Is that drive read-only?  Is it NTFS but mounted read-only because perhaps you aren&#039;t using ntfs-3g?

i&#039;m running two SATA harddrives, gentoo linux installed on sda and windows xp pro on sdb.

any suggestions on how to get this to work?</description>
