I’m testing out the new WordPress app for the iPhone and it seems to work well for short posts. Unfortunately while setting it up it made a fake post that was distributed to email subscribers and then deleted.

Yeah it’s a lot of fun. The iPhone WordPress app still has a few more features to implement, though. They need to add the ability to view and respond to comments from within the app instead of through the built-in Safari browser.
Haha, I came to the same conclusion when I first downloaded. I tested it to say “hello world” and then never used it again. I prefer Ecto for OS X.
I agree, I’ve only used it a few times. I did install a WordPress iPhone plugin that changes the site layout if it detects an iphone.
