New Tool: Pi Phone Number
All Posts, Tools No Comments »OK this one is a little more pointless than the others, but it was something to do while avoiding writing a book review on an investment guide. Anyway, I got the idea from a site I saw on Digg or Reddit or something. Basically, just enter your phone number and the tool will tell you where it appears in the first 100 million digits of the constant Pi. I set the limit at entering a 10-digit number, but to be honest I don’t think 100 million digits is enough to capture a large number of 10-digit phone numbers.
The second part will generate an arbitrary number of digit’s of Pi, up to 5 million digits.
